“You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set.”

“Nice motel, you can reach the harbor in 10 minutes on foot or easily with the bus. Very good choice if you plan to visit the Acadia National Park or for whale watching or other activities in Bar Harbor.”

Le stanze sono datate, mobili con segni di usura, aria condizionata e frigo rumorosi. La colazione è per lo più fatta con alimenti confezionati “non buoni”, i muffin freschi sono l’unica cosa mangiabile anche se industriali. Per arrivare in centro sono necessari 5 minuti di macchina, 20/25 a piedi, la struttura è alla periferia di Bar Harbor. Onestamente per...

“One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with lodging. Christopher greeted us when we arrived and even provided info on restaurants. He could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The next morning Candace spent time with us planning our trip to Acadia with recommendations for parking and hiking and she was spot on. Our stay literally. Oils not have been better. Thank you for a memorable stay!”

“Afternoon tea and breakfast offerings were always-changing and unique. We enjoyed the privacy of our cottage room, but the community of the house and dining. Cottage Inn staff was all friendly and helpful! The proximity to everything was very convenient. The water pressure was incredible as well.”

“Convenient location for the town centre, rich breakfast although very crowded. Children's playground and heated pool. Unfortunately the sound insulation in the rooms is very bad. Do not take rooms on the ground floor because you will hear all the footsteps from the upper rooms and you will sleep poorly.”

“This was a disaster! We booked this room as part of our honeymoon and we ended up getting sick from it and having to cut our stay short. The room was awkward and strange but that’s manageable. What we couldn’t stand was the intense smell of bleach that make us cough and burned our eyes and sinuses. I don’t know what they were trying to cover up but it made us sick. “The Inn is so cute and cozy. The wallpaper in living room and dining room is eye catching and makes it feel like a home. I stayed in Room 11 and the bed so comfortable and there was plenty of room. It had a detached bathroom right across the hallway which was your own. I would stay here again when I come back up to Bar Harbor! You can walk to the village center in about 20 minutes ”
