“Excellent customer service and support. The staff was very kind to us and provided questions to our questions. During stay, there were a lot of kids of varius ages being kids..running, playing, being happy and a little noisy but staff understood that it's a New Year's Eve and allowed all people to enjoy themselves. Very kind staff. Thank you ”
