“We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance).
The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare.

“Al prezzo pagato non si può avere una stanza in cui il bagno è un loculo e mancano servizi essenziali quali phon e frigobar. Il letto era buono, e anche la pulizia era accurata. Ma il water ricavato in uno spazio minuscolo e angusto è assurdo. Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Al prezzo di € 170 a notte mi sarei aspettato molto di più. Bocciato assolutamente.”

“We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...
