“We just returned from our stay at Moorlands over the May Bank Holiday weekend. We were two families with three children and had hired two apartments at the property. It was a lovely and comfortable place with all the home-like amenities you could need — every detail had clearly been carefully thought through. “I had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach Inn while passing through. The facilities at the inn are great and I would thoroughly recommend it. One comment for consideration the bedroom window was screwed shut in my room no 9, the room gets full sun making it hot with no air so it would be a major benefit to be able to open it for some fresh air, my suggestion would be to fit some stops instead of it being screwed shut so it could open say 8" or so. I got the attention of someone in the kitchen who alerted the manager. We were given our room key and on arrival in the room I noticed that there was quite a bit of hair in the sink and some in the bathtub as well.
