“Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...

“We had the most wonderful 2-night stay at The Anchorage to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. “It was just what we needed…nothing fancy. It was in a campground. The kids enjoyed the playground. We enjoyed the beach and the hike up the mountain. They do things differently in Australia. In the U.S., someone is always at the reception counter. We didn’t realize that this place closed at 4:00. We didn’t get there until 6:00. “Location was great parking on site was easy just join the group for free. The unit was in close proximity to all of the Nelson bay facilities and not to far to walk down and around the Nelson Bay Dock and beachfront.”
