“The rooms were clean, it was nice having a microwave in the room. The hotel is quiet, at least it was for us on the 5th floor. Staff were very friendly. It was easy to check in after 12am. Made our trip to St John’s even better! Would recommend staying here. Thank you!”

“We booked here for 8 days with our two teenage grandsons. The bathroom consisted of a shower and toilet and wasn’t even big enough to change your mind. There was two hooks right up against the shower but was pretty difficult to hang 4 towels. The sink was outside the bathroom and there was no place to hang a hand towel after washing your hands. The room had two queen beds and not much other space. There was no cleaning of the room in the entire time we were there. Housekeeping would pick up...

“Had to ask for housekeeping to clean the room. The pool area was never monitored, as small kids vomited in the hot tub. As well the hot tub jets were out of service on 2 different occasions. Service at the restaurant was not the greatest. For the most part, my week went well, but this was a lot of issues for a 5 night stay.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well maintained.
I wasn’t expecting a kitchen in the room, but it proved to be very convenient.
The only thing that I was disappointed in, was there wasn’t a charging station for my EV Hybrid vehicle.”
