“First of all, it is getting harder to find a hotel that is NOT “pet friendly”. For people with pet allergies, this is very important. When we walked in the room it actually smelled clean, and it was. All staff were, especially the two ladies working the breakfast area. The food was fantastic also. We will be staying here next time we need a room in Tucson.”

“They are misleading on the reservation requirements. It's dirty, noisy, and just unsafe for everyone. The staff let's the people there do what they want. The housekeepers are rude and do drugs.”

“The room was in horrible condition. The door didnt lock at all and didnt shut properly. I told the clerk about it and didnt listen to me and said the door wasnt shut all the way. Online it was advertised as a queen sized bed and it wasnt what it advertised. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting ”

From the wine and books to the back patio, fruit trees, bicycles, beautiful furniture, fabulous linens, to the personal service and cozy atmosphere... I wasn't sure if I wanted to go explore Tucson or stay in and savor it. Service was lovely, personable, and warm. I look forward to a longer stay next time. ”

“I love small boutique hotels like this. Dina is an excellent host and a great cook for a breakfast B & B. Only comment was we visited during the hottest time and there is no a/c in the public space just overhead fans. Can't change that in a historic home though. The location was ideal, we received excellent recommendations from the concierge (mostly for restaurant advice, but also for info about the local scene), the price was excellent and we were very surprised to find ourselves planted in the roof top bar/restaurant most nights - twice we stayed much later than is common for us. What an awesome spot! We both agreed to the wording of this review by the way - highly recommended!”
