“Very good hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Daily room service with plenty of water and snacks. Only issue we had was with WiFi which needed to be reset by the staff twice. Convenient location near Gundavli Metro station.”

All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. “I booked because the valuation was 3,7 and they have the shuttle to the airport . The air conditioning in the room is making a lot of noise plus the cold air arrives on you in bed . The bathroom has a fan but it is not in closed enviroment so when you stop it the external noise and air get in the room . The glass windows are so thin that any noise is getting through .”
