“la mia camera si affacciava su un fiumiciattolo colmo di sporcizia. Tutta l'area intorno era una discarica. Trovo che un albergo di lusso non possa non capire la necessità di coprire, pulire e togliere dalla vista certe schifezze... capisco che siamo in India, però .... inoltre ho pagato per due breakfast, ne ho consumato uno, sono giunta con 10 min di ritardo, mi hanno fatto ordinare alla carta non dicendomi che mi avrebbero fatto pagare e mi hanno caricato 25 euro di colazione. Ho reclamato...

“This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines. I just hope that any unused food can be enjoyed by your very hard working team. We...

“Very obliging staff. Also the rare experience, as a foreigner, to step out of the hotel and immediately experience the hustle and bustle of local people going about their lives, something very few hotels offer in my view. ”

“The service at this hotel is excellent, really well ran, great food and lovely staff whp cannot do enough for you. The view on the beach from the restaurant and bar sets this place apart from the rest. Highly recommended 🙏”
