“The room was great - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and clean and warm. Everything worked great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. During Christmas there was no room service, but it was nice to let the staff have the days off or reduced hours. I highly recommend this hotel.”

The valet parking attendants were always courteous and customer service was excellent. They offered ideas of where to go eat or shop. Highly recommend the Marriott Downtown Syracuse. ”

Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile.
