“Clean and quiet. My wife ran a little late to get back to check in. She was visiting me in Tampa General. We called the front desk and the woman at the desk was so nice, and told us she would wait to check her in! Fantastic service and we could tell she really cared about what she was doing. “I stayed at Saddlebrook Resort from May 27th to May 30th my experience was extremely disappointing. My first room (147) had live and dead insects, a dirty bathtub, and sticky carpet. I was so upset I told the front desk I planned to post the photos online, but *Samantha* handled the situation professionally, talked me down, and assured me the issues would be addressed and I would be compensated.
