“Very courteous considering this was our first boat stay. Incredible accommodating from a learning standpoint even after the owner had a flat tire on the way just help us out with simple replenishment of amenities. Guaranteed since we attend the convention center yearly would prefer staying here again.”

“The hotel and room 10 star everything clean and good customer service at the reception , however the breakfast experience wasn’t good first of all breakfast is till 11 am and when you go down in the morning the waitress said it’s till 10:30 , you get there by 9:30 and there is nothing already very a few things , also they have a hard time looking for your name and if they don’t find it they make you feel like you are asking for something you didn’t pay, I had to show her the description ,...

“While the room itself was a little smallish, it was arranged in a very practical way. Had a minimalist vibe that I liked. Bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were nice. What stood out was the walk in closet. Too funny. I'd stay again.”

“You can tell the motel was recently renovated. It was clean and nice! Parking was no problem. ”

“Staff were great. They held our baggage for us as we were early. Location is walking distance from Universal so we dropped off our luggage and walked across to the theme park. Room was big and spacious for 3 of us. ”
