Hotel vicino a Shoreline Village - Los Angeles

“They graciously allowed us to store our 6 bags before our check in since we arrived early and wanted to explore the city. When we returned to check in we were taken to a room to get our bags. At that point we were told there is no elevators to take us and our bags to the upper floors. So they told us we could have the room that our bags had been in. That room wasn't similar to the pictures we saw for the room we reserved although they said it was the same room. It had the smallest queen size bed...

Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!”
