“Air conditioning was nice and cold. The room was comfortable. We would stay again. ”

“Clean, in a great location, nice room. My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive.”

“The hotel opened 3 days before we checked in. So I thought there might be some issues with personnel working out the operational kinks. But everything went smoothly and every employee I dealt with was cheerful and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was quite good with three different hot choices each day. It seems to me that those options can be depleted pretty easily however, depending on the size of the breakfast crowd. If it is busy, its difficult for the staff to keep the food...

“I didn't like the fact that there wasn't any ice, the laundry was broken, the bathroom was tiny, no elevator, terrible breakfast”

“Bathroom was yucky and the toilet wouldn't flush. Also the keys had to be reprogrammed atlest twice. Location was ok. But didn't understand the 2nd building reminds me of a motel not a hotel! Really didn't feel safe”

“Not a great stay. It is really run down, small rooms, yuky smell in halls, breakfast was all carbs only oranges for fruit, no cranberry juice or apple just OJ. Back door was always broken and sketchy people in the stairwell...wouldn't go back.”
