“We left the property 1 hour after check in bc the pool/hot tub was closed for the entire weekend, the whole reason we booked there in the first place. On valentines weekend ”

“Did not stay. Left shortly after check-in. Was advised hotel would not be staffed after hours, thus did not feel safe with small children in the group. ”

“Upon arrival we are informed that the inside pool is closed even though it said nothing in the description about it being closed also the front desk charged my card when a charge was not supposed to be on that card because I paid cash. And the staff lied straight to my face about this being the only Quality Inn location in Branson when there is one right down the road that is a lot nicer than this one.”

“We got the upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The room was okay, large gap between the floor and bottom of door. We went down for breakfast, only 3 or 4 options, crowded area. Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. We had to wait an hour and a half before the maintence guy showed up to break into our room. It was 20 degrees outside. The office...

“We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. “I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded”
