“We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. “The pictures on the website do not tell the full story. The road ends 20 meters before the property, so prepare to wheel bags and walk across wet red clay. When we arrived the room reeked of cigarettes. They said they were fully booked and could not move us, but I could book a room still online, so they lied about that. The pool was drained and being repaired, but no mention of this anywhere before booking. Getting a chair to the lawn was hassle. There was only one restaurant, the bar was not...

“This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.”

“The room, actually the 3 rooms I was offered were full of mould, including pillows which were grey because of the mould. And that’s a 40€ a night “business” hotel. After 30 min discussion with the manager, at 11pm I finally managed to cancel the reservation and was promised a full refund, even got a paper as a proof. Of course didn’t happen. They count the reservation to take the money. Had to contact an agent for a refund. Avoid the property.”

“Avevo prenotato dall'Italia una camera tripla. Siamo arrivati al matino presto e la camera era doppia e non tripla. In più avevo chiesto la macchina che venisse all'aeroporto e non è stata mandata. Ho soggiornato due notti per esigenza e per poter trovare subito un'altro albergo perché l'hotel era indecente. Lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati, pulizia della camera inesistente e serviZio pessimo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente. ”

“Washroom was dirty , no toilet papers ,Towels were dirty. Third person no place to sleep . Terrible ”

“Very clean room. Comfortable bed and amazing staff. Safe area, where even at night going for a walk was pleasant. Everything from places for food to public transportation was easily accessible. They have in-house restaurant serves excellent food.”
