Unwind in Shreveport at this newly remodeled 2 bedroom home close to most Medical Centers, Hospitals and the Norton Art Gallery/ Botanical Gardens. It has recently been remodeled and includes brand new furniture and several Oriental rugs throughout the home. This house sits on a private and lush 1/2 acre yard with lots of tall Pine and Magnolia trees located throughout the property which provide plenty of shade and privacy around the house. There is a nice deck on the back of the home that leads out towards the back yard for spending those quality times outdoors.
It includes a king bed, queen bed and an office which could also be used as a workout room. It has a separate dining area adjacent to the living room leading into the kitchen.
The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bathtub and and all the amenities for your convenience. Heating and AC ensure a comfortable stay year-round.
Attention Professionals, Business travelers, Nurses - for whatever reason you are looking to spend time in Shreveport LA, this property is in a quiet area, comfortable, private and also close to most hospitals and medical centers in the City. Brookshire Groceries and Papa Murphy's is just around the corner.
This home is in a great location being close to a 50 acre Botanical Garden with several miles of trails for jogging or taking those morning or evening walks.
