“Air conditioning was not working. But luckily it cooled down enough at night to make it bearable. The room and the balcony were great as was the staff. ”

“The staff and rooms were nice. The included parking and breakfast made this a great place to stay as well! The hallways gave the hotel an older vibe, but nothing too bad. The pool was small and was overcrowded while we were there, so we didn’t utilize it.”

“—poor signage at back of hotel, trundled my luggage up the wheelchair ramp only to find a sign saying this was a private entrance, go around to the front - where there were only stairs, no ramp. This despite website promises of handicap accessibility. I pointed out the problem to the front desk person and he said “There IS a sign.” But you can only know that by getting close to the back door. By then you’ve wasted a lot of effort. —front desk guy was unhelpful. Had to be asked to help with...

“This is a really nice hotel. Very clean, very spacious and I will definitely recommend this to anyone right near the airport.”

“The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back”

“The pool was dirty, the shower water was cold, the shower & jet tub had strands of hair in it. The floors were unclean, the ice machine was broken. The WiFi SUCKED A & didn’t work at all had to use my hotspot. The staff barely wanted to do their jobs it took 4 hrs & 3 calls down to the front desk for me to finally receive towels for my room. I asked housekeeping to clean out my tub while I went on a food run I came back to the tub being the same way I left it. Overall terrible stay do not...

“The hotel is unique. We have stayed there several times. It is artistic and the property is secure and clean though it does show some wear. We enjoy the courtyard and fire pit. Great place for end of day relaxation. Will be back next time we're in Detroit for a game”

“The hostel is situated in a residential area. Parking is available on a residential street. The check-in process with Travis was easy. Minor issue when showing me to my private room as someone else had the same first name and accidentally showed me to that room first. But was quickly corrected. The room itself was functional. The bed was firm. The shared bathrooms was clean, but showing its age with various broken tiles. I was only staying one night in Detroit and this is definitely an option...

“Good hotel to stay at close to everything”

“I had a quick stay. Room was clean. Had to leave early in the morning. The coffee was hot and fresh.”

“Our room wasn’t very clean and it overshadowed everything else. When we pulled back the bedding, there was (body?) hair on the sheets and pillows. Further inspection revealed the same in the shower & on the bathroom floor. Sasquatch may have stayed in our room the night before, but it’s their job to erase that! Was pretty gross :/. Property is obviously super close to Little Caesars which was convenient. Linens were good quality. Breakfast was simple but good. Nice & helpful staff. Parking lot...
