Hotel vicino a Shull Island - Gilbert

“I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit my family. I have stayed many times. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good also. Convenient location in the town, close to restaurants.”

“Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. The only positive thing was the change of rooms I asked about. Having a knee...

“I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!”

“Our receptionist was friendly, but the room we booked was not what we received. We booked a room for four person capacity (3 actually staying in the room) Should have been a king bed and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room there was a king bed and a chair. We asked for a room with a sofa or a room with 2 beds. None available. They did bring us a small portable bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain so water ended up all over the floor. The lamp didn’t have a light switch. ...

“First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could...

“TV in 1st room did not work, however the staff accommodated me and my wife by putting us in a nearby room.”

“We checked in at 6:00 on Friday and the person at the desk was helpful and quick. Breakfast Saturday was great and the young man helping was extremely nice and helpful.”

“Great room with plenty of space and parking”

“First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice.”

“The elevator was broke and I was stuck2 times, the frog in the room never got cold, no microwave, the pool was closed before 7, breakers was not fresh and fruits were rotten. When I returned the hotel after dinner I had no parking and the guy at the front desk advised me to me to park across the street in the other hotel parking, which was across a busy highway. It was a bad experience”
