“Entrance and breakfast room is clean and well maintained. Great breakfast.Rooms needs major renovation. Needs in room electrical outlets to charge phone etc...beddings could be better.. would need improvement.”

“We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. Maybe there should be some cooking spray to help make it easier to use. The toasters...

“If I could give cleanliness and amenities 0 stars I would. There were garbage bags at the top of every staircase which had to be used due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given had blood stained sheets, mystery fluid on the wall and a unkept bathroom. The front desk gentlemen was very accommodating and tried his best to help however the issues were beyond his control. Would not recommend staying here if you value a clean environment.”

Very big hotel and had to walk a mile to get ice. Parking lot blocked off and no signage or direction where to park when arrived. “First, the positives. The beds were great and comfortable, the price was cheap and once you got in to the property, it was safe. Second, the negatives. Located right near to the property was a casino, with the sign missing a couple of letters. Sitting outside was about 4 or 5 homeless people.
