“Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. “The property is not at all up to the mark. Very dirty inside the rooms and outside the corridor too. Don’t go by pictures listed for the property. “Hotel was okay. Nothing special. It looked very good on website. On the night of second day of visit, there was electricity problem, due to which not only AC but even fan couldn't run.
