Free wifi and drinking water and nice bed with warm mattress and keep me sleeping soundly at night. The shower is good and good water pump with complimentary shower and shampoo available. “This is a really cool hotel. I love the exterior and all the cool decor. The lobby and bar are amazing. I was only there 1 night so didn't see the pool or restaurant, but my room was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would absolutely stay there again”

“I’ve stayed in Ratchada Boutique Hotel multiple times when I come to Bangkok, it’s a great hotel with great staff. There’s a cafe & co-working space at the lobby making it very easy to work from there. 7-11 is walkable & overall in a good and quiet location. Super comfortable for its price point, will always highly recommend it.”

The staff is kind and very responsive.

"Camere un po datate, dal bagno usciva un brutto odore. Esteriormente la struttura è molto bella, vista spettacolare sui grattacieli dalla finestra della mia stanza. La stazione dei treni Makasan è a poche centinaia di metri da lì si prende il treno per l'aeroporto.

"L'hotel e molto vecchio, le camere sono vecchie e lasciate andare. Il personale delle pulizie andrebbero licenziate, ho dormito 3 notti, mai cambiate le asciugamani, mai pulita la stanza, il bagno come lo lasciavo così lo trovavo, il letto tiravano su solo il lenzuolo, e mi sono lamentato il 2 giorno perché alle 18.00 non mi avevano pulito la stanza, la risposta? L'hotel è "pieno" non abbiamo fatto in tempo... Ero al 2' piano non al 10""
