“Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture.
