“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

“A quiet getaway near the heart of University City, this home was a perfect jumping off point for exploring Philly and getting our son set up for a month-long program at Penn, just a short walk away. It was hot during our stay, but we slept cool inside and still very much enjoyed the gorgeous, shady garden. Our host Ivy was very helpful and responsive. We would love to return!”
