Tutte le prenotazioni fatte con un certo anticipo su Hotels.com sono ormai non-refundable il che in una situazione come questa e’ VERGOGNOSO
HITELS.COM dovrebbe supportare I suoi clienti almeno con refund parziale, per assicurarsi loyalty futura.
Nessuno farà mai più prenotazioni con anticipo dopo un’avventura come questa, rendendo il mercato molto più instabile per gli operatori del settore.

“A very friendly, welcoming hotel, with clean, spacious room. A good location, just between two main thoroughfares.
A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains.
Only five or six blocks from the artisanal market, if you're looking for nice traditional crafts and gifts.”
