  • Get ready to fall in love with Unit 1C, where the Gulf of Mexico's stunning views and warm sandy beaches welcome you with open arms! This 2-bed, 2-bath unit is a spacious 1210 sq. ft. - the perfect slice of paradise.

    The kitchen is a chef's dream, stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whip up a storm and enjoy your meal with a breathtaking view. The cozy living room is perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite TV shows.

    Sleep like royalty on new, luxury mattresses in both bedrooms. This is an ADA-friendly unit. The front door offers a lipless, wheelchair-friendly entry, while the Guest Bathroom features a roll-in shower with handrails. The Master Bath offers a full bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day at the beach. This condo also includes beach equipment for your convenience: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a beach wagon.

Everything was perfect, clean and condo had everything that we needed for our vacation. Loved the view and the ability to just walk across the street to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful, well furnished condo close to the beach! Loved the openess of the floor plan and how it opened to the lanai from the living room and master bedroom. Loved the nice clean pool area and how close ot was tonthe laundry very convenient. Would recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Amazing Stay, 1-minute from Beach

This was a perfect condo that is across the street from the beach (90 seconds to sand) and easily walkable (20 min) to downtown Siesta Key. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a convenient short or long-term beach stay.

Perfect Siesta Beach Location!

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to visit Siesta Key Beach, this condo is it! Appreciated the extra amenities (grills, pool, beach chairs, etc). First floor access to beach was awesome. Laundry & trash right outside the door - super convenient! Really enjoyed our stay.

I loved everything about this condo! Beautiful decor, well stocked, clean and orderly, across the street from the beach, pool right outside the unit and the trolley and free rides right out front. The owner John was super helpful and nice, as well as the office staff.

Pleasant and convenient.

Very nice condo and right across from the beach. The pool was awesome too. Kitchen is well equipped, the TVs were high quality. Not much of a Gulf view being on the ground floor but being on the ground floor is a convience in it’s self.

Excellent condo and location!

We loved this condo so much that we already booked it again for next year! The location is perfect - right across the street from beautiful Siesta Key beach, and a mile from Siesta Key Village. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need, including great beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.). The condo owner John is nice and very responsive to any questions.

Excellent Property!

This property exceed all of our wants and Needs! Very clean, everyone of the staff members were friendly and if there were an issue they got right on it to rectify it! Our Condo was beautiful and spacious! Very quiet in the complex. Great location you are just steps away from white powder sand beach and azure colored waters! We would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay! Right accross 2lane street to beach. All beach gear was provided. Refreshing pool for hot afternoons. Condo very clean & had every thing we needed to cook meals right on sight. Close walk or free trolley ride to village shops & restaurants. We felt like we were at home & would love to return.

Amazing property

Johns property is PERFECT. Location to the beach/pool/office/island transportation/unit’s parking spot etc is all ideal. The unit itself is beautiful and perfectly equipped. Communication with John was timely and helpful. We truly can’t say enough about this property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Perfect!

We loved our stay. The unit was spacious and clean, everything was as advertised. The location was great. It was across the street from beach access and the beach was pristine. Being less than a mile from the shops and restaurants, we had our choice of driving, walking, or jumping on the shuttle. The unit also has access to a pool on the property. The space is gated and the rental comes with a parking spot outside the unit’s door. John is a great host and made sure everything needed is readily available.
