Bask in the sunshine and sit in the pristine crystal white sands on Crescent Beach, rated #1 in the country by Dr. Beach. This beachfront sanctuary offers a fitness center, heated pool, outdoor grotto style whirlpool hot tub, bicycles, kayaks and barbecue grills, the tiki bar offers food from the famous Morton's and cabanas to shield you from the sun when you want some shade.

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a spacious and beautifully decorated living room that features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean views. You can also step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh sea breeze while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is an outdoor dining table, and a sofa to enjoy your morning coffee!

The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Wolf appliances, large countertops, and everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're a master chef or a novice cook, you'll appreciate the convenience and luxury of cooking with such high-end appliances. There is a breakfast bar with four barstools with lovely shiplap accents.

The Three bedrooms feature king-size beds that will ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a gorgeous view of the ocean, along with a set of doors leading out to the patio! The primary bathroom is remarkable There is a giant walk-in shower with a bench, a dual vanity, and a large soaking bathtub. The second bedroom is spacious, and has amazing ocean views from the large paned windows. The second bathroom features modern fixtures, and plush towels, to help you unwind after a day of sun, sand, and surf. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a desk, and a TV for you to kick back and relax. Attached is the third bedroom that has a stunning dual vanity with a walk-in shower.
