This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side with a direct view of the Intercostal Water Way. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 adults. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have convenient shower/tub combinations. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker . The condo completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio overlooking the bay that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
