Questo condominio 2 camere da letto 2 bagni è situato in posizione sublima su Siesta Key al secondo di tre piani (con ascensori) vicino alla piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio e, naturalmente, l'incredibile baia. Sei a pochi passi dal sorseggiare il latte mattutino mentre osservi l'alba illuminare la baia. La cucina completamente attrezzata è divinamente aggiornata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui lavastoviglie, microonde, dispensa, banconi in pietra solida con molto spazio per preparare il vostro piatto preferito. Appena fuori la cucina aperta è un tavolo da pranzo in stile blocco di legno per 6 persone che è aperto alla tv / soggiorno. Lo spazio del soggiorno ha un grande schermo TV con cavo / DVD, bellissimi pavimenti piastrellati, colorato in tonalità serena e rilassante di blu con una porta scorrevole che conduce al balcone cortile con vista sulla baia. Godetevi un bicchiere di vino la sera sul tavolo da pranzo del bistrò mentre vi godete le brezze del golfo.

Il Palm Bay Club è situato in posizione centrale su Siesta Key e vicino a Siesta Key Village, dove scoprirete molti ristoranti incredibili. Tutto da hamburger e birre alla cucina raffinata tra cui surf e torba, ostriche sulla mezza conchiglia, pesce preparato esoticamente o anatra arrosto. Risparmia spazio dopo cena per goderti l'incredibile gelato fatto in casa in una delle nostre raffinate gelaterie mentre guardi le vetrine del villaggio. È tutto a portata di mano quindi non c'è bisogno di una macchina. Un posto auto è disponibile per ogni condominio. Questa unità si trova sul lato della baia e tutti i condomini in Palm Bay Club hanno accesso ai servizi lato baia e lato golfo. Il golfo è dall'altra parte della strada e c'è un passaggio pedonale.

Il parcheggio è molto limitato, quindi ogni unità è consentita un posto auto.

Siesta Key Beach è a pochi passi di distanza con nuove docce e stand di concessione o un giro in bicicletta di 3 minuti. Domenica a SKB è il Drum Circle prima del tramonto.
Qualcosa che devi provare! Siesta Key offre corse gratuite di trolley su e giù per Midnight Pass Road e Siesta Key Village.

Il complesso offre sedie a sdraio e c'è un ombrellone nell'unità. Inoltre, c'è un fornitore contrattato di lettini da spiaggia doppia di lusso con tartarughe, ombrelloni e tavole da paddle proprio su questa spiaggia complessa che sono disponibili per il noleggio giornaliero o settimanale. Accommodations were okay. Beds in bunk room were really uncomfortable. There was no option to check out late, which would have been nice.

Overall it was a decent stay. I would say that pictures are very deceiving. There were many broken items (which normally I wouldn’t care but for what we paid I just feel like it should have been in better shape) and the table was so tight to everything that it was hard to walk around it when everyone was seated. Again not make or break but I feel like in the photos it looked much more spacious than it actually is. Now in all fairness it’s very humid in Florida so moisture would be hard on the properties. I just feel like the photos were not very accurate to how it truly looked in real life. It’s a little more run down than you would think by looking at photos. We were pretty bummed that the dryer didn’t work in our unit and that we had to do our laundry throughout the complex. They did reimburse us but as a family of 6 this was extremely inconvenient. I booked a condo for this amenity and packed based on needing to do laundry. So overall it was an ok location but not one that I will book again. The beach was amazing and the pool on the beach side was great! Just not very impressed with the state of the condo. Also someone kept smoking weed in the back area where our patio was so we couldn’t use the patio…

We booked just 3 weeks before our stay. We normally prefer ground level but 2nd floor turned out fine. We had stayed here 2 years earlier but were on the Gulf side of the property which we also prefer, but this side had a beautiful, huge hot tub and pool, which we used a lot. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad - about 6/7 minutes. Loved the layout of the unit for our family. Our only complaint was that some of the dishes and utensils weren’t clean. Not the end of the world, but it’s an expectation of any renter for sure. It was probably a one time mistake. Everything else was excellent. Easy check-in, great TV (streaming and cable), clean and comfy decor. We would definitely return.

The unit was located on the bay side of Siesta Key. It was clean and the description was accurate. It was a short walk to the pool and pier on the bay where you could sit and watch the boats go by. The walk to the private beach was a bit further, across the road and thru the beach side condos. Lots of room on the beach for chairs and umbrellas. Siesta Key Village was about two miles away so not in walking distance for me. Glad we had a car. The weather was good for our time there. We had fun and would definitely return. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Great location …as mentioned it is a walk to beach- across street and past other complex buildings…probably a block. The beach was wonderful. Beach chairs provided. A person delivered the chairs to the spot we picked each day and returned them as well. There are 2 pools and a hot tub if you don’t want to walk to beach. Property had washers and dryer’s with free use. All kitchen utensils included and working. Great response to all communication l.

Very clean. Nice amenities Wish we would have stayed on the other side of the road for easier access to the beach- however it was a short walk across the rod and through the other half of the resort We utilized the free rides several times to go into the village and back to the condo

We had a great time in siesta key with our family. Lots of things to do in Siesta, Key, and Sarasota. Great restaurants and shopping. The beach was amazing. White sands that's not hot on your feet. Gulf Water was warm and we had dinner good waves. The room was nice. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen. Bathrooms were ok. Maybe needing an update soon. And the kitchen faucet was annoying cause you had to keep giggling it to get it to shut off. Our room was a bit of a long walk to get to the beach. Would be awesome if the resort had someone shuttling people. Pools were nice. Used the workout room a few times.

The unit could use a deep clean and paint job. There was visible mold in the second bathroom in the tub and in the shower head. The tile needs a good scrubbing. The master bath seemed to be in better shape. The location was excellent in terms of centrally located for where we wanted to get to in Siesta Key. The check in process was very easy and convenient. The pools were in great shape.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean. Nice location on Siesta Key. Able to easily walk to the public beach, but we used the beach that is associated with the Palm Bay Club. We appreciated that there were beach chairs provided by the resort (located by the beach area) that could be used without an additional charge. The two pools were very clean and the water was nice and warm. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting area by the inland water side. It has a nice view of boats that are traveling by. The resort is well taken care of and the landscaping is very nice also. We had a great time and would recommend staying here.

Unit OK but we will return next year at different unit. Master bedroom excellent, but beds in second bedroom are terrible. They are wrapped in plastic (for what, protect against bed wetting), made a racket every move you make. Also, across from us, we heard resort industrial dryer vents running all day everyday.

Rental was okay but needs major bathroom remodeling. Ants in the bathroom, mold around water fixtures, even in the kitchen. Condo smells musty/moldy. Maintenance and deep cleaning has been neglected. Pools and beach access is a plus.
