Da un porto turistico privato con accesso in barca, attracco e accesso diretto alla via navigabile intracoastal, la struttura offre anche tre campi da tennis illuminati, una piscina olimpionica riscaldata, sauna e centro fitness, un edificio sicuro offre accesso all'ascensore e la sicurezza del portachiavi. L'Anchorage ha tutto dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al South Siesta Key Village con negozi, ristoranti, attività e intrattenimento. Inoltre, include anche un accesso privato alla spiaggia esclusivamente per i residenti.

• GRANDE CAMERA: un sacco di spazio per vivere in modo semplice e confortevole, con Smart TV e DVD a schermo piatto da 70 "ad alta definizione e nuovi arredi confortevoli.
• CUCINA: enorme e consentirà a più di uno chef di lavorare senza alcuna congestione. Lo troverai fornito di tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno per cucinare, così come una macchina per il ghiaccio, microonde, fornelli, stoviglie, posate, pentole nuove di zecca, frullatore, miscelatore manuale, pentola a cottura lenta, un assortimento di spezie, macchina per il caffè, e 4 tostapane.
• Questo condominio dispone di 3 ampie camere da letto più una tana con un divano letto molto comodo.
• Camera da letto principale con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto da 38 ", lettore DVD, bagno con doppio lavandino e cabina doccia e porte scorrevoli sul balcone.
• Camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e DVD, con porte scorrevoli sul balcone.
• Camera da letto n. 3 con due letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto e DVD con porte scorrevoli sul balcone.
• Grande piscina riscaldata, shuffleboard, palestra, campi da tennis privati, moli delle barche, accesso privato alla spiaggia.
• Le lavatrici e le asciugatrici a gettone si trovano su ciascuna estremità di ogni piano.
• Il parcheggio coperto e riservato è collegato all'edificio principale e può ospitare fino a due auto.
• Non ci sono vicini con muri adiacenti a questa unità. Non sentirai rumori da altre famiglie.
• L'unità 911 si trova sul lato nord dell'edificio. I panorami sono ampi, da Crescent Beach, a Siesta Key Public Beach, quindi attraverso la chiave per l'intracoastal dove è possibile seguire l'acqua fino al centro di Sarasota, tutti molto chiaramente visibili da questo punto di vista.
*** Non è necessario portare teli da mare durante il soggiorno presso l'Unità 911 presso The Anchorage. Ho un sacco di teli mare per tutti.

The Anchorage condo 911

The condo was beautiful and a very good location with easy access to the beach. Close to everything in Siesta Village with a short ride on the Frog Hop free trolley. The owner of this property has been the easy to connect with for any questions and she is extremely organized. Definitely supplies nice stuff and has the little things that makes your stay comfortable. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful and convenient

Donna was great to deal with. This was a beautiful place with great pots pans appliances..etc...pretty much anything you could imagine needing. By far., this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. Just across the street from the beach!

Perfect Family Getaway with a Great ViewWe had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained condo near the beach on Siesta Key. It was absolutely perfect for our family of seven—spacious, clean, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The view from the 9th floor was breathtaking, and I especially loved starting each morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee and a view of the gulf.The condo itself is part of a well-kept complex with a nice-sized pool, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the nearby beach. Siesta Key Beach— rated the #1 beach in the U.S.—is only a 10-minute drive away. For those looking for adventure, there were plenty of water sports and fishing charters right across the street, plus some great local restaurants nearby.We also enjoyed heading over to Siesta Key Village, just a 15-minute drive, where there are tons of great places to eat, shop, the Gelato place was an exceptional hit wit the whole family. The owners were fantastic—very responsive and easy to work with—and the check-out process was refreshingly simple.All in all, this rental exceeded our expectations and made for a truly relaxing and memorable family vacation. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

This is best stocked condo we've ever visited. Everything you could need is there just waiting for you. You can cook for a week while staying in to play games or head to the beach with a wagon full of towels and toys. Easy to contact owner who was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. Condo itself was absolutely beautiful. 5 stars all around.

Excellent large condo

This condo was great for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. The sunset views out of this condo are gorgeous. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with large closets. The bathrooms had walk in showers. We appreciated the hand held shower nozzle with the little one. The kitchen was large and very well equipped - if you can think of it they have it. I loved the idea of the “extras” box in the pantry. One of us had a sunburn and we found aloe in the box. We enjoyed the pool area. It was nice to hop in after supper and have some quiet time. Covered parking was a huge bonus as well. The location was great and near some of our favorite restaurants - Big Water Fish Market and Captain Curt’s. We found a new to us ice cream shop called the Orange Octopus. It might just be better than Olaf’s. Of course the Daquiri Deck is conveniently on the way back from the beach. We would wheel the wagon to the walk up bar around the back, park it and slip in for quick drink. Definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic Condo

Condo is the most equipped I've ever stayed in. Everything you may need is at the condo. Short walk to the beach. Great location to grocery store and Caption Kirk's Restaurant.

Siesta Key in late August

The condo was beautiful. Our view was fantastic. Everything was provided in the condo for us and more. It is a lovely place to stay and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The pool is huge and very clean. We had ample space to park and the building was very safe.

We loved this house!!

Our stay at the Anchorage was terrific! Donna labeled the kitchen cabinets, so no need to figure out where everything was. The condo was the best stocked house we have ever rented. The office staff at the Anchorage are friendly and helpful. The building is very conveniently located right over the bridge from the mainland. We enjoyed our trip so much we plan to return in the winter!

Great condo in great location. Watch the sun in the Gulf from your balcony seat every night! Quick walk to restaurants and grocery and souvenirs. Quick access to the beach. If you are in need of a place with more than 2 bedrooms, this is the one.

Good Week Away During Pandemic

I stayed on siesta key multiple times, but this is the first time booking a condo at the Anchorage. Siesta key is always a great destination, and this condo unit (911) was well-equipped and wonderful and its layout. it's owned by a very conscientious and attentive owner who took the time to communicate with us prior to our stay and checked in with us just after taking possession of the unit. There's a wonderful weekend away, especially given all of the stress our most recent times have placed upon us. I would not hesitate to lease this unit again.

SIMPLY THE BEST

First time to gulf, using VRBO and first ever written review . The location and the services provided by the property were just outstanding. Great communication with property owner and location was perfect. We didn't take much and glad we didn't because everything we needed was already there. Owners were quick to answer back with questions as provide information for the area. The view was perfect and it simply felt like home! Location has a great pool and walk to the beach fast ad easy, (5mins tops even with pulling a cart full of beach fun, escorting two kids and carrying another) Taking the trolley to Siesta Key center was fun, simple and easy. If your looking for a place to stay especially with a family of six, you can stop looking now! And NO, there is no incentive for me writing this comment, its just honest and the right thing to do based on what these owners did for making our vacation that much easier. We looking forward to future vacations at the Anchorage !!

Very nice condo

Large spacious condo. Nice decor and comfortable master suite. Balcony was amazing to sit and drink morning coffee with a beautiful view. Highly recommend staying with a larger family. All the pool toys you can imagine with sand chairs, umbrellas and beach cart. Short walk to beach and friendly people coming in and out of building.
