Renovated Siesta Key Condo, beach/heated pool access

Welcome to our newly renovated two bedroom, one bath, ground floor condo on Siesta Key. Located on the IntraCoastal side there is a waterway on the property. Private access to the beach right across the street. Best of both worlds! Heated pool, tiki bar/grill, and fishing pier on the property. Halfway between Siesta Key Village and the shops at south bridge, restaurants, bars, and stores are easily accessible. The free trolley can take you from one end of the island to the other.

- Free wifi is provided in the condo!
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including new dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, cookware, glasses, silverware, etc.
- The master bedroom has a king sized bed and dresser.
- The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
- The living room includes a pull-out queen sofa bed, coffee table, end-tables and flat screen cable tv.
- Sizeable vanity top for bathroom essentials
- There are two chairs by the front door to sit back and relax. There is also a private patio at the back of the condo.
- we provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys for kids and a beach cart to easily carry things to the beach.
- Convenient free parking right outside the front door. Please note trailers or RVs are not allowed.

- You have full access to every space in Sea Club II. The club room, swimming pool, fishing pier, tiki bar/grilling area
- 5 minutes walking to our private beach access across the street.
- Laundry facilities are on-site and are coin or credit card accessible.
- The free trolley takes you from one end of the island to the other.

Bring your fishing poles as you have the option to fish off our pier.

If you are interested in paddle boarding, parasailing, jet-skiing, scootering, you can find nearby rental facilities.

Siesta Key provides activities during the day as well as a great nightlife with live music, outdoor beach bars and terrific weather year round. Siesta key also provides fabulous restaurant options that you don’t want to miss.

Cant wait to return!

Excellent communication! wagon, umbrella, sand toys made packing and beach visits so much easier! only issue we had was tons of ants in front outside area of unit where we sat to drink coffee. We had to come in because they were unbearable. Great location and friendly serbice

The host responded quickly to messages and when the wind had broken the umbrella they had it replaced for us quickly. The condo was beautiful and it was so nice having everything there to take to the beach with us. Would rent again

Beautiful relaxing place

We really enjoyed our stay! Amazing location - it offers the best of both worlds (intercostal waterway one one side with a great dock for fishing, swimming pool and just on the other side of the road, white powdery sands and pretty teal colored water at the beach). The place was beautifully decorated and it was quiet and relaxing. Even though there were others staying at the Sea Club II, we rarely saw anyone. Some did hang out at the pool and a few at the dock, but for the most part, very few interactions with others. It was an awesome get away with the family. Min Lu is a fabulous host, who responded quickly to messages and was very friendly. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. We will be back in touch with you next year for our annual family vacation.

A wonderful place to enjoy Siesta Key Beach!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The condo was exactly as advertised and so clean and with new appliances. The beds were wonderful, the AC was perfect, and we had enough towels for our 4 night stay. My kids loved our stay and we were so thankful for the beach items left for us to help us enjoy our time at the beach. The host was so absolutely wonderful and prompt with responses to all of my many questions. I felt taken care of in the best way possible. All in all, a perfect experience!! Would definitely stay at this condo again!
