NON E’ UN RESORT MA UN MOTEL
NON e’ certo un resort! Nel complesso la struttura e’ carina ma sembra un motel parzialmente ristrutturato piu’ che un resort. La lobby e’ uno stanzino, non c’e’ ne’ un bar ne’ un ristorante, il servizio e’ inessistente, anche per far la camere bisogna chiederlo ogni giorno e su tre giorni uno non la hanno fatta. Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio enorme in soggiorno. Sono venuti a spruzzare uno spray e non hanno nemmeno rifatto la camera. La piscina ha talmente tanto cloro che e’ inaccessibile, la SPA in realta’ e’ una jacuzzi piccolissima che aveva due dita di schiuma! inaccessibile. Le camere sono ristrutturate tranne che il bagno che e’ NELLO stato originale. La posizione e’ buona perche’ a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti del posto. Per andare in spiaggia mettono a disposiine delle sdraiette pieghevoli ( non lettini) e un carrello per portare quelle che serve. Il personale e’ gentile ma certo non sarete all’hilton!

Hello, We appreciate your feedback and thank you for staying with us on Siesta Key. Siesta Key does not have any "normal" resorts as the Key does not allow any franchise properties. So you will not find any rentals on the Key that have their own restaurant, bar, etc. Thanks again for staying with us!

DO NOT stay here if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The rooms are adjacent to, and surround a tiki bar with daily and nightly live music and loud crowds. Afternoon naps are definitely out. Music and bar close at 10:00 pm. That being said, location is wonderful. Steps away from both the beach and downtown. Literature says beach wagons available for use by guests, but there were none available when we asked for one. Rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable.

For your next visit, we suggest choosing a poolside room or one of our suites. Those options are all across the road from the lounge, and some overlook the pool. We have been staying on Siesta Key for 30 years and have NEVER stayed here. Well that’s all changed! Right in the Village, walking to shops, coffee and restaurants and the beach! It was perfect. 10/10 would recommend. Clean, awesome pool and great staff.

Awesome place to stay when visiting Siesta Key. It is right in the village so everything is walkable. Great restaurants and bars just steps away We had a comfy room right by the beautiful pool. Staff are so kind and helpful and the property is well taken care of. Art was very helpful when we checked in and Alejandra was helpful and so pleasant everyday with any requests. We loved it here and cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed the convenience and cleanliness of our stay. Our room was very outdated with cracked tile and in need of a paint job. However the beach was just across the street and the resort provides you everything you need for a day on the beach!

Not as pictured! I was in shock upon arrival. This place doesn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. I found two bed bugs in my bed as soon as I pulled the covers back. The floors are gross in the suites, had to wear shoes at all times. The toilet stopped working 2 different times during our 2 day stay. Our bedroom and living area windows look directly into the Big Tiki Lounge. Be very careful when booking your room. If you book a suite, there is a disclaimer that notes these rooms are located “near” The Big Tiki Lounge. However, they are literally inside the bar. Not ideal whatsoever. It is very loud and says online that it closes at 9pm, however ppl stayed at the bar much later and music was still being played. Parking is a big issue. There were no spots left so we called the front desk and the manager had to move his car so we could take his spot. Very nice of him but that should not need to happen. Please do not waste your money. Truly don’t know how this place has 4 stars. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so unhappy. They only refunded us the resort fee. The only positive thing I have to say was that Owen at the front desk was very nice. I cannot speak on how the rest of the rooms are across the street, but if you are looking at rooms located in the lobby building/Big Tiki Lounge, just forget it!

Loved that it is was close to the beach and to all the bars and restaurants. Our room had a connecting door and you could hear everything that was said next door. The fan in the bathroom ran but didn’t help with the steam. There was black mold on the ceiling.

Perfect for a couples trip. Being a two minute walk to the beach entrance was major for us! So convenient being so close to all the restaurants too. The only thing that was an issue was our AC unit would kick on every 30 minutes to an hour and would wake us up every so often when we were trying to sleep. Other than that we couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Location! Location! Location! Everything was in walking distance…the beautiful beach, shops, ice cream, restaurants, market. Pool area was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. There were four of us, and we were pleasantly surprised to get a room that included a kitchen area and a patio area. The convenience of everything really helped us to make the most of our 4 day stay. Having on site parking in that area was a relief!

Great stay with amenities. Clean and good location. Great bathtub! Zero flexibility though. Had my vehicle towed (not from this property) and asked for a late checkout so I didn’t have to stand on the street with my bags while my boyfriend got my vehicle. Check out is at 10am. They gave me until 10:30am.

Place was great, 3 min walk to beach. Bar on site had really good food and cold drinks, great service. Room was right by pool. Small but all we needed. Pool and hot tub were great and not overly busy. Parking right by unit was a nice plus! Overall great stay!!
