Victoria Court Las Piñas
Roachs and bed bugs. The working staff that did most of the work was very helpful and tried to do the best they could. But the management are penny pinchers. Meaning you had to pretty much fight with them to get what you were supposed to get free. All in all pretty good bang for the buck.
