“The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. “While my check-in at Kaaro Hotel was smooth, the rest of my stay was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for two main reasons: Water Issues: The hotel controls hot water access to the rooms. “Hotel is in the center of Puno, half a block from Plaza de Armas and the Catbedral. Very good staff, always ready to help for everything (tour, airport transportation, informations), printing boarding pass free. Room was clean, lot of space (we booked a triple room, there were three queen size bed), clean bathroom with tube and shower, heathing. Good for the price, this way you got more than what you pay for”
