“The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket.”

“Hotel is in the center of Puno, half a block from Plaza de Armas and the Catbedral. Very good staff, always ready to help for everything (tour, airport transportation, informations), printing boarding pass free. Room was clean, lot of space (we booked a triple room, there were three queen size bed), clean bathroom with tube and shower, heathing. Good for the price, this way you got more than what you pay for”
