“We arrived Friday May 22nd at 4pm, we were in town for a graduation that started at 730. Upon arriving we had plans of checking in and getting ready then heading to the graduation. We were told they didn’t have the room we had already paid for but it would be ready in 4ish hours, because the people staying in the room haven’t left yet. “Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay.”
