Hotel a Silsbee

“Very clean and updated hotel .”

“Perfetto per chi vuole fare una sosta viaggiando tra Houston e New Orleans. La struttura è nuova, pulita e collegata direttamente con la super strada. Colazione compresa, che in usa è insolito. Consigliato!”

“Stanza molto piccola, la metà rispetto al classico standard US. Pulita, ma veramente di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione asettica. Tutto confezionato in bustine di plastica. Tutto sommato ok, ma niente di impressionante. Staff gentile e buona palestra. ”

“Everything was okay but the were no curtains in my room!! All I had was a sunshade and the parking lot light was directly in my room . They wanted me to move out the next day into another room but that would have been such a hassle, so just I endured the inconvenience for 2 nights. Breakfast was sus!! I lowered my standards but will not be doing that again!!!”

“The staff was very nice and the beds were comfortable. But the smell and cleanliness was not great. The shower felt like it was falling apart, lights were buzzing.”

“Room was clean. Breakfast was 6-8 am & was awful. TV was terrible. Unable to get any TV channels without rebooting the TV. Even after rebooting it was a challenge to get to the channels. What channels we finally got were out of Dallas so no local news or weather. Fire alarms went off early morning & local fire officials including the fire Marshall had to come in our room. This happened multiple times that morning. We left as the noise & chaos were too much. Elevator was slow & bumpy..floor...

“The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“The pictures online look a little different then what you get! The lady that was helping us was rushing and told us to go look at the room and if we don't like it then we can switch rooms. That should have been my sign to turn around and get out! She actually took us on a tour of the room (which was weird) and then went to book it for us. By the time we got back to the room we could not get into the room as it was locked...the latch had come over making the door impossible to open! So she...

“The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good except the coffee did not stay hot and the toaster was not working. Other that those 2 things everything was great and we enjoyed our stay.”
