Hotel a Silsbee

“Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay.”

“I did not get the reservation as stated which was 2 queen beds. Instead I got a king size with a pull out couch. No linens were provided for the couch and apparently you can only get 1 more towel when asked. Cleaning ladies do not speak English and the hot tub does not work. Pool needs a good cleaning as well.
