“The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

“When we arrived the elevator was down for installation of a new floor. Down till nighttime. Gym equipment was all broken. Cables laying on the floor. A/C cover off and laying on the ground. Pool was closed during the day with no posting”
