Hotel a Port Neches

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”

“Perfetto per chi vuole fare una sosta viaggiando tra Houston e New Orleans. La struttura è nuova, pulita e collegata direttamente con la super strada. Colazione compresa, che in usa è insolito. Consigliato!”

“Hotel smelled super funky - expensive for what it was. There was a huge hole in my bathroom door that was patched with something but looked like a child DIY project. The breakfast looked pretty awful so we skipped.”

“Stanza molto piccola, la metà rispetto al classico standard US. Pulita, ma veramente di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione asettica. Tutto confezionato in bustine di plastica. Tutto sommato ok, ma niente di impressionante. Staff gentile e buona palestra. ”

“I didn’t like my credit card information to be stored on computer. Why don’t you charge some deposit using the post machine and return back the money like any other hotel. Too much risk for 1 night stay:(”

“The room was basically clean except they didn't clean the floors Staff was nice Not pet area but we made do just made sure we cleaned up after her Parking lot was good Pool area wasn't clean beer bottles everywhere n trash We left a day early due to tropical storm he said we would be getting a refund for a days stay but has not shown up yet!! (WE DIDN'T ASK FOR IT BUT HUSBAND WAS TOLD WE WOULD.! ) Not too bad not real nosey”

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...
