Hotel a Beaumont

“When I checked in the power was out to half the hotel. Elevator was not in operation lights were completely off in the corridors, a major safety hazard. Luckily when I arrive at my room it had power. My parents that were elderly struggled with the stairs and had no air conditioning for the evening. Manager was not onsite and was told by staff they wouldn’t be available till Monday. A bad situation not managed at all and very disappointing experience.”

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”

“Stanza molto piccola, la metà rispetto al classico standard US. Pulita, ma veramente di dimensioni ridotte. Colazione asettica. Tutto confezionato in bustine di plastica. Tutto sommato ok, ma niente di impressionante. Staff gentile e buona palestra. ”

“We arrived Friday May 22nd at 4pm, we were in town for a graduation that started at 730. Upon arriving we had plans of checking in and getting ready then heading to the graduation. We were told they didn’t have the room we had already paid for but it would be ready in 4ish hours, because the people staying in the room haven’t left yet. “The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, the few staff that answered the phone the following days weren’t very helpful. I had left my name/number for a callback and never received one. The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place.”
