Hotel a Beaumont

“Front desk staff was not friendly. Asked where ice machine was located and was told up on second floor with no direction. Right by highway so very noisy location. Bed had hair under pillow and floor in bathroom was not clean.”

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”

“The night we checked in the lady was very rude and told me she was gonna have to charge me an extra 289. Dollars. She said because my area code and zip code were from different areas. Then when maids cleaned the room they took the dirty towels and did not leave any clean ones. The day we went to check out the orange juice was out so I told the lady at the desk and she said ok but then sat there for at least 30 minutes on her phone I had drove 10 hours so mom could celebrate her birthdaythe night...

“Musty room, battery died on door key card reader. TV had to have input button used to reset to HDMI 1 every time TV was turned on. Bed light LED bulb flickered incessantly so turned it off. Water pressure and flow rate low. Toilet reset of pressure flush tank very slow.”

“At 8:30. AM there were not any eggs or orange juice at the breakfast bar. Road noise from the adjacent interstate was excessive in our room.”

“The room was OK just to spend the night. The hotel reception is OK, but the building can use an update. Not too much surrounding the hotel. The AC of the room did not work as expected. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
