“The staff at this hotel were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the stay was challenging due to multiple episodes of no hot water, which was reportedly caused by city maintenance on the water pipes. While this issue was outside of the hotel’s control, it did impact the overall experience. That said, the staff handled the situation with care and courtesy, and their excellent service made...
