“The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season.”

“The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, the few staff that answered the phone the following days weren’t very helpful. I had left my name/number for a callback and never received one. The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place.”

The rooms was very clean. I was in shock when I stepped in the room and it had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenette. We will be back. I will highly recommend this hotel.”

“Breakfast menu was fresh. Parking was okay too. The carpets are very old, it was smelling very bad. The pool water was pretty dirty and the hot tub didn’t have hot water. The staff were very helpful and friendly, specially Karina😍”
