“Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children.”

“The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!!”

“Loved the amount of space. House was beautiful and location was great ! Was not made aware that we had to go to another location for check in which was inconvenient since we had just traveled 12 hours and was ready to relax. Would have liked to have locks on inside of front door, it automatically locked so no one from outside could just walk in but had no way to stop anyone from going out. I have 2 toddlers and they were able to open front door easily because we couldn’t secure it. Overall had a...

“Everyone was friendly & so helpful. They made sure our stay was enjoyable. A couple small things, like a slow shower drain & a light that didn't work, but otherwise the room was perfect. Beds were very comfortable & room was quiet. Highly recommend Dutton Inn.”

“We enjoy staying here when traveling to Table Rock Lake. Its near all things Branson but also close enough to the lake. It has clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoy the breakfast buffet.”

“Booked one night thru Expedia. Upon check out the owner said I had booked for two nights and charged me for the second night. He said it was my problem to solve with Expedia. I checked with Expedia and verified the one night booking. Exp. Is working on it but, buyer beware at this joint! This person is a scammer. The owner didn’t want to give me a printed receipt but finally I got a receipt. 7 Gables is a scam in my opinion. Recommend folks try some other motel.”
