Hotel vicino a Wilderness Chapel - Branson West

“Room was clean and spacious. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Pizza place next door (in bait and tackle shop) was very good; short but steep walk. Ice machine worked great; plenty of hot water at decent pressure in shower. We checked in around 9:30 at night; there was no staff present but they sent a message through expedia about the lock code to our room. Wifi password was in pretty small type on a magnet on the minifridge; I almost missed it. Office was still closed when we left the next...

“This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town!”

“The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately”

“I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...

Had pleasant stay . Breakfast was super good with lots of of options along with live counter. Would definitely recommend this place .”
