“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The best I can say is the building has a lot of character and interesting custom artwork on the premises. The bedsheets seemed adequately clean.”

“The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.”

“Great place to stay, the location is very close to RISD, Brown and restaurants in College Hill. We found the breakfast lacking quality, would be great if Hilton could upgrade it.”

“Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

“We dined at the restaurant of the hotel. The chef’s chicken dinner and seafood were superb, prepared with the care reminding us of meals in France. The server was attentive, kind and well informed. The meal was excellent in every way. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and conveniently located. I was glad we stayed there.”
