“I normally don’t leave reviews, but this stay at the Hilton Providence was beyond disappointing. Paying over $1,000 for a stay only to arrive and discover the property was under major construction with little to no clear disclosure beforehand felt incredibly misleading. It was nestled in a hard to find spot. Parking was a nightmare because of the construction some days we couldn’t get out or in… or reach the desk as the call button was NOT working, there was only ONE working elevator for the...

“Sempre molto pulito e ben tenuto, il personale è gentile e professionale.”

“Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water.”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”
