“Perfect getaway for two!”

“Perfect for visiting Mayo Clinic!!! Front desk staff helpful, shuttle to Mayo easy and friendly, Room perfect, cleaning staff thorough. Loved having a kitchen. I ordered groceries through delivery and staff called my room when they arrived. The only criticism was the free breakfast, I did not care for it. Everything else was perfect, would stay here again! There is construction, but not a problem. I enjoyed watching the progress. ”

“The kitchen was well equiped, and there is a water and ice machine in every floor. The hotel is in great condition and walking distance to every Mayo Clinic building.”

“The property was nice, but staff looked very annoyed on evening/night shift if you went to ask a question. The rooms were nice and roomy, but there wasn't even a recliner or anything to sit in. The chair that was in there reminded me of a cloth covered school desk chair. So we either had to sit on the bed or in the rolling chair at the desk. We had an appt at 1pm the day prior to my husbands surgery and his surgery was cancelled by the doctor. I called the hotel and explained our situation...

“ Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was very good and included omelets and French toast. Best part was it being connected to the underground subway and there was no charge to park.”

“No free continental breakfast, but the area shuttle and fruit-infused water were great. Property would benefit by having coffee out all day instead of just during the morning.”

“Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic.”

“Pool was small but clean. Had a great workout area and yoga space. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the location as well lots of stuff nearby. Didn’t like how the boutiques and shops were closed on the weekends.”
