“Very clean contemporary room. Nice decent vanity in bathroom for two people to have room for their personal toiletries. Awesome comfy pillows. Very delicious free light breakfast.”

“My daughter and I stayed in a queen studio for a 3-day dance competition (only a quick 10 minute drive to the Civic Center👍) The entire complex is very clean and our room was too. We really enjoyed having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full set of CLEAN silverware, and enough well kept utensils/cookware to make a few meals together. We didn’t bring our dog along but there was even an outdoor space on our floor for pets. Because it’s also an apartment complex,...

“Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Morning breakfast was good and evening social hour and food was nice to have. Favorite place to stay in Rochester.”

“The room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back the next time we are at Mayo. They even have a shuttle. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Cody at the front desk made our stay wonderful!”

“The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again.”

“We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. ”

“Breakfast menu was awesome. Last place we had to pay for parking. Not an issue here. The Subway tunnel is extremely handy and helpful. Would stay here again. My only bummer, No pool. ”

“Okay stay. Bed linens were a bit ratted and dingy. Bunch of snags on them. No parking unless using Valet for $30.00, otherwise there is parking in the ramps and walking over. No breakfast included in stay, however there was a breakfast for a fee. It was Nice to be connected to the skyway, and close to things downtown, even within walking distance. Straight forward bare bones pool, small in size, but enough for a few kids to get some energy out. Overall, good. Would Stay again. ”

“Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL. ”

“We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no.”
