“I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide. ”

“Reliable. I know I’ll have a safe, quiet, comfortable room. The bed will have a good mattress, good pillows, a good comforter. The water pressure will be good, the HVAC will be quiet, the carpet will be clean, and nothing will smell fragranced of cleaning products. The breakfast will be decent if not fabulous.”

“The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. For a group of ladies it was unsettling to have people doing that right outside the door to go in and out. ”

“Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady...

“I work at a hotel so the front desk is the most important experience and the front desk clerk really was such a wonderful lady, she opened her arms to this hotel with a huge smile ,just was trying to get away and really enjoyed myself and will definitely stay again ”
