“Stanza ottima, vista spettacolare sul Victoria Harbour, sufficientemente grande rispetto agli standard di HK, stile moderno e con tutte le comodità e accessori necessari, pulizia ottima (bisogna richiederla chiamando la reception). Il personale è stato cortese e sempre disponibilie. L'hotel è in posizione comodissima, collegato direttamente col centro commerciale adiacente (con parecchi ristoranti) e con la fermata MTR Taikoo”

“It's a good property, clean room & modern. Like the location, 5 -10 min walking to Shek Mun MTR. We like & used the frequent shuttle buses taking guests to nearby train station and New Shatin Plaza. All staff (including the shuttle bus drivers) are very nice and provide good services. We'll stay in Alva Hotel again and recommend to friends.”

However, a serious issue: I had asked the facility before booking if there were solutions for celiacs, and I was told that the hotel always had gluten-free bread, muffins, and other dishes available. Unfortunately, we found that only bread was available, and it was not protected from...
