The space
Modern Mountain Escape is a mountain luxury home located in the beautiful Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado. This 2,324 sq ft home offers heated garage parking for 2 vehicles in addition to 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating 8 people.

Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath for added privacy. The upstairs living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is on the first floor.

Heated sunroom with stunning view and access to the hot tub. Built on the hillside with amazing mountain views from every window and private trails are steps away. The dog park is a short walk away.

The open-plan kitchen/living/dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family.

All of the dishware, furniture, mattresses, bedding, and linens were all purchased new in October 2023.

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available for purchase, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday 9am-11am
Sunday 5pm-7pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7am-9pm

All guests will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities. A key fob will be provided after the release is signed.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
