After a day of skiing, hiking, or fishing, you can come home, sit in front of the gas fireplace, and enjoy the sight and sound of the Blue River from every seat in the dining and living room. Relax with a drink on your private patio facing the river, walk a few steps to the water’s edge for a bonfire, or stroll to the paved Blue River Trail.

Colorado is one of the top hiking destinations in the world and the trails that wind through Summit County around Lake Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, and Frisco back that certify that reputation. With dozens of great Summit County trails to choose from, where do you start? Walk to the most famed Colorado fly fishing stretch of the Blue tail water below Lake Dillon. This section, flowing through Silverthorne, is designated Gold Medal by the state. This is one of three tail waters in the state that has mysis shrimp. Mysis shrimp are the key ingredient to growing massive trout. Your fish of a lifetime may be holding below the dam.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
