Upper Level (One level up from Main Level): – Second Living Room – Large sectional sofa with ottoman, large HDTV, ceiling fan, mountain views – Bedroom 1 – King size bed, large room, mountain views, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, private bathroom (Bathroom 1) – Bathroom 1 – Large shower with multiple shower heads, large vanity with dual sinks, and water closet (a separate private room just for the toilet) – Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed, Twin over Twin bunk bed, vaulted cielings, adjacent bathroom (Bathroom 3) – Bathroom 3 – Bathtub with shower, travertine tile, single sink vanity, toilet – Washer & Dryer

Location: – Angler Trail, Blue River Bikepath, North Pond Park, less than 1 mile – Raven Gold Club - 2.0 miles – Willowbrook Trailhead - 2.3 miles – Silverthorne Rec Center - 2.8 miles – Plentiful Shopping, Dining, & Groceries within 3 miles – Lake Dillon, Marina, & Dillon Amphitheater - 4.5 miles – Keystone Ski Resort: 12.3 miles – Copper Mountain Ski Area: 14.3 miles – Loveland Ski Area: 14.4 miles – A-Basin Ski Area: 15.8 miles – Breckenridge Ski Resort: 18.7 miles – Vail Ski Resort: 33.6 miles – Transportation: The Summit Stage bus system picks up and drops off at North Pond Park, less than 1 mile from the townhome – Views: From the front deck and upper level, views are to the south and west for sunsets across the peaks of the Eagle's Nest Wilderness and Quandary Peak.
Arrival, Access, and Parking: – Accessing the property: From the driveway, 1/2 flight of stairs to the front door. From the driveway or garage, 1 flight of stairs to the main level. – Parking: There is parking for up to 3 to 4 cars with 1 to 2 spaces in the garage and 2 spaces in front of the garage. Please reach out prior to booking if you have a trailer so we can confirm if the trailer can be allowed. – 4WD vehicle information: 4WD / AWD and tires with good tread are highly recommended when traveling during winter weather conditions. The roads to this property are generally flat and easily navigated by properly equipped vehicles, but mountain passes are required for most routes to and from the Summit County area.

During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required. ** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit.
