Questa spettacolare casa di montagna moderna ha conquistato il consiglio di premiazione nella Summit County Parade of Homes 2017. Ha tutti i comfort ed è arredato secondo i più alti standard.

La casa è PERFETTA PER FAMIGLIE E GRUPPI che cercano un TRANQUILLO RILASSANTE in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. La casa è situata in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale sparso e NON È ADATTA PER FESTE O MATRIMONI e NON È ADATTA come SEDE DI PARTITO o per GRANDI GRUPPI in cerca di una casa per feste.

La casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 15 persone, ma è limitata a un massimo di 12 dall'ordinanza locale della città. Vi è una sistemazione flessibile con 4 camere da letto king size per un totale di 8 persone e una fresca camera a castello con una tana che può ospitare altre 7 a 8. La camera a castello è la più adatta per i giovani. Ci sono 4. 5 bagni, una biblioteca, lavanderia, un garage con ping-pong e molti punti da esplorare, rilassarsi e ammirare i panorami.

Prepara un pasto nella cucina all'avanguardia, immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio prima di cena, bevi un drink nel patio con il mondo ai tuoi piedi, un film nella stanza di famiglia e una fantastica notte di sonno nelle comode camere da letto. Blissful!

Tutte le stagioni sono spettacolari - un paese delle meraviglie invernale con sport invernali, luci natalizie e caminetti accoglienti, l'estate apre molti splendidi campi da golf - Raven Club proprio di fronte alla valle, sport acquatici nel lago Dillon e centinaia di miglia di piste ciclabili asfaltate sicure per strada ciclismo e mountain bike da discesa di classe mondiale. La primavera e l'autunno sono meravigliose per la luce che cambia e i colori degli alberi.


Con ordinanza locale, solo gli ospiti registrati al momento della prenotazione sono ammessi nella casa; gli ospiti non possono invitare altri ospiti a rimanere.

C'è un parcheggio sufficiente per gli ospiti, ma vi è una rigida politica di NO RVS e nessun ATV da parcheggiare sulla proprietà.

A meno di 90 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Denver. Sciare a Copper Mountain - l'accogliente località locale è a circa 15 minuti di auto. Parcheggia nel parcheggio gratuito e fatti sbattere ai piedi delle montagne in pochissimo tempo. Breckenridge e Keystone sono meno di 30 minuti in auto con Vail circa 40. A soli 6 minuti dagli outlet di Silverthorne con tutti i marchi più famosi e vicino a Frisco per festival, negozi e stili di vita da bar. Sei lontano da tutto eppure momenti lontani da grandi attività, ristoranti, festival musicali e shopping.

Si prega di essere consapevoli del fatto che accettando una prenotazione e affittando questa casa si accettano senza prenotazione tutti i termini e in particolare quelli in grassetto verso il basso.

- Questa casa è limitata a un totale di 12 ospiti.
- MATRIMONI E FESTE NON AMMESSI in casa
- Solo gli ospiti elencati nella prenotazione sono ammessi all'interno della casa
- C'è un parcheggio massimo per 5 veicoli presso la struttura
- Il parcheggio in strada non è consentito (ci sono 2 garage e spazio per un massimo di 3 auto aggiuntive sulla proprietà)
- ATV, rimorchi e camper non devono essere parcheggiati sulla proprietà
- Tutti gli ospiti devono seguire le Linee guida per il buon vicinato (vedi pubblicato separatamente)
È importante sottolineare che:
- Evitare rumori eccessivi e musica ad alto volume la sera e all'esterno, in particolare nella vasca idromassaggio.
- Tenere basso il rumore nella vasca idromassaggio dopo le 18:00 e non utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio dopo le 21:00.
- La comunità ha un periodo di silenzio tra le 21:00 e le 07:00
- questa casa NON deve essere utilizzata dalle PARTI ALLA RICERCA DI UNA CASA PER FESTE

Se l'agente responsabile viene chiamato e c'è un problema reale, non banale, allora la città di Silverthorne può imporre gravi sanzioni ai proprietari. Quindi, per favore, evitatelo.

Wonderful mountain chalet with a spectacular view

We enjoyed our family ski vacation in this home for 8 nights . The home is well stocked , has an open large windows in all the main area which gives you amazing views all day long . We spotted plenty of animals due to the location, it made our kids trip more magical . The host ,goes above and beyond to assure you are comfortable and have anything you need to enhance your stay . Getting to and from keystone resort was quick and simple . Highly recommend for any group of travelers seeking more spacious getaway that is tastefully designed , nested in the mountains yet within 10 minute reach of stores and activities .

Just Fantastic

We booked here for an intimate wedding and from the start, Tobias was amazingly communicative and helpful. The house was exceptionally clean, beautiful, thoughtful, and the view was absolutely out of this world. I would recommend anyone considering this VRBO to just book it. Best Decision Made

We decided to have our small intimate wedding at this breathtaking house and it was the best decision we made for our special day. All of our guests were in awe of the place and we enjoyed every square inch of it too. The house had every amenity possible. We highly recommend you gift yourself the opportunity to stay here. Tobias and Angelica were so attentive and accommodating to make our special day that much more memorable.

Intimate elopement celebration done right

My husband and I did a small ceremony and elopement celebration at the house, and it was the best decision we could have made! The house and views are stunning, everyone was very comfortable, and it made for a cozy, romantic weekend. Hosts were responsive, helpful, and explicit so we knew exactly what to expect. Staying at this house is one of my favorite memories - do not hesitate to book!

Wonderful house , amazing view

The expectation was equal to reality! Wonderful house, an amazing view! Every room in the house has a wonderful view! super well equipped! The owners Angélica and Tobias are super friendly and willing to help! We loved it and will definitely be back to stay there. The house and its surroundings provided the ideal backdrop, instilling inspiration in these business-savvy women to unlock their potential. Attention to detail goes a long way, and I was appreciative of the thoughtful amenities in this exquisite luxury estate, including small appliances, coffee, and condiments. Stunning Colorado Mountain View Home

We reserved this home for a small wedding and we were absolutely blown away by the views this property offered. This was a wonderful place to stay with family, and the communication with Tobias was top notch. Tobias was very quick to answer any and all questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay and wedding ceremony. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. We noticed the windows were streaky, there were a lot of dusty surfaces, and the comforters did not appear to be laundered (visible stains were observed). We did communicate this by providing pictures and Tobias was genuinely sorry for the subpar cleaning, and offered to buy everyone lunch (a refunded cleaning fee would have been more appropriate in our minds). We did have to clean prior to our wedding guests arriving, which was a disappointment, but the view of the ceremony and the functionality of the layout was superb. Thank you Tobias and Angelica for an unforgettable wedding experience at a beautiful home, with memories to last a lifetime! - Katie & Romy

The Absolute Best Wedding Weekend! (Early September)

My (now) Husband and I were searching endlessly for a beautiful but cozy spot to get married. We wanted a place big enough for immediate family and closest friends to celebrate with us (22 people) and found this listing on VRBO. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures truly do not do it justice. We got married on the balcony overlooking the mountains. We were able to comfortably fit one long dinner table in the living room area with the balcony door open and hire a private chef to cook for us (the kitchen is perfect for this). - the only downside is the parking situation and being mindful of noise given there is no street parking and it’s a quiet neighborhood but we just hired a shuttle service to support guests staying at a local hotel down the road and closed up the doors at a reasonable time and it worked great. Tobias is very accommodating and responsive. It made all the stress of “event” planning less stressful. If you are even considering this spot just do it! You won’t regret it. There is an event fee but the price includes stay at the house which is an amazing experience in itself. We have made some of the best memories here and I could not recommend it more.

Unbelievable!

My husband and I just got married in this beautiful home. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We had 20 family members come into town to share this special time with us. Everyone was blown away by this house and the amazing memories we created there. I truly can’t think of a more stunning and intimate place to get married. Tobias was so attentive and super helpful with any questions I had about planning a wedding there. We spoke multiple times during the months leading up to the wedding. He gave me a list of vendors in the area which all ended up being amazing to work with. I can’t say enough about how great Tobias was and how flawless the stay went. We will definitely be back and cannot wait to work with Tobias again!

Wedding of my dreams..

I rented Tobia's home for our 21 person micro-wedding in May. It was everything I pictured and more!! Tobia was very awesome and easy to work with. Literally the pictures do not give that view justice. It was absolutely stunning in photos. Everyone who has seen our wedding pictures asks if it was a green screen. :) This house has everything you need, I had my bridal party staying with us and the kitchen is more than fully equipped. My only downside was it was hot in the first level the first day.. but thats CO- not having AC is normally. Once we opened up the windows it was nice. Its a great location as well, close to town yet hidden in the hills. Nothing but positive things to say and we will be returning for our anniversary! If your looking for a venue or a nice place for a family or friend vacation.. look no further!

Excellent experience.

Fantastic property in the mountains with spectacular views. A must for any big occasion (we hosted a wedding)... Communication was directly with owners, no property mgt middleman. Tobias and Angelica were exceedingly gracious and helpful in meeting all of our needs.

Best Vacation Ever!

Do yourself a favor and rent this home! We had the trip of a lifetime. The house is beautifully decorated. The views are absolutely breathtaking. You will find the kitchen perfect in every way and the views from the main level over the top. We had a great time visiting the area with golf, hiking, horseback riding and water rafting, but the highlight of our days was returning to this beautiful home and the expansive views. It is well worth the price to rent! You will make memories of a lifetime. Book it today! We will be back next year!

Amazing place for a wedding

We threw a small, intimate wedding at this house and it perfectly accommodated our group. Tobias was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process. The views from the balcony are unreal!!

Beautiful views and amazing house

The property has fantastic views of the mountains. The house is modern and has all appliances you could ever need. The design of the home is tasteful and the rooms are spacious. The host, Tobias, is great - responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful family holiday with lots of good memories to reflect back on. Highly recommend this property

Great views

Enjoyed the stay. Owner was very receptive to any needs we had. Plenty of room for our family to relax. The views of the mountain ranges made the days at away from the slopes more enjoyable as well.

Amazing!!

This is the best place I have ever stayed at. Fantastic! I didn’t want to leave :) Tobias was extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my questions. The house is beautiful and it has everything you need + amazing views!!! My favorite part, I am planning to go back because I enjoyed every single minute there!!!!

Gorgeous place

One of the nicest places I’ve rented! The views are better in person. We had 11 adults at a bachelor party and it fit us fine. The bunk beds are very sturdy and don’t make any noise which allowed most in there to sleep well. We would certainly stay there again.
